Ladies and Gentlemen, It is a pleasure to be here in Kyiv once again standing with President Zelenskyy as Ukraine continues to heroically resist Russia’s unprovoked invasion.
Ladies and gentlemen, Distinguished guests, It is a great pleasure to welcome you to Moldova – a country where our dreams, hopes, and expectations for a future in the European Union are as big as the steps we’re taking to get there.
Thank you, Mr President, Ladies and gentlemen, It is a great honour to be here paying an official visit to Switzerland. It is yet another symbol of the strength of our bilateral relations. Moldova and Switzerland are both countries striving to promote peace, justice, strengthen international law and support multilateralism.

Mr. President, Mr. Secretary-General, Your excellencies, It is with great pride that I once more stand before you, at the General Assembly of the United Nations, to represent the Republic of Moldova – a country on the frontline of the fight for democracy.
Dear fellow Moldovans, Dear citizens of the Republic of Moldova from all corners of the world, Today, in our homeland, we celebrate a special occasion - the National Day of our country, the Independence Day of the Republic of Moldova.
Ladies and gentlemen, thank you very much for joining us today for our press conference at the end of this European Political Community Summit.
It was a pleasure to host the summit of leaders from across Europe here in Moldova, in the village of Bulboaca.
This was the first EPC gathering to be held in a non-EU country and we are so very proud to have been able to welcome everyone here.
