Presidency of the Republic of Moldova
The President of the Republic of Moldova Maia Sandu met with Dominique Hasler, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Education and Sport of the Principality of Liechtenstein, who is on a working visit to Chisinau today. They discussed about the security situation in the country and in the region, and also about the humanitarian crisis caused by the war in Ukraine.
President Maia Sandu and Minister Dominique Hasler expressed their hope for viable solutions to be found in order to restore peace in the region. Dominique Hasler appreciated our country's efforts in managing the refugee crisis. Regarding the bilateral agenda, President Maia Sandu and Minister Dominique Hasler stressed the importance of economic cooperation and the need to continue implementing projects in the field of vocational-technical education, which the Principality of Liechtenstein has been carrying out in our country for several years.
