The Head of State had a meeting with Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission

The President of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu, discussed on the second day of the Munich Security Conference with Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission. The discussions focused on the security situation in the region, the continuation of the reform agenda, and the advancement of our European path, despite the crises we are facing.

"I thanked her for the consistent support and assured her that the new government is firmly committed to continuing the reform process and to realizing our EU accession agenda," the leader said.
