Presidency of the Republic of Moldova
Secretary General of the President's Apparatus Ion Paduraru today handed the Order of Honor to his Excellency, Czech Ambassador to Moldova Jaromir Kvapil.
The state distinction was offered to Jaromir Kvapil under a presidential decree on 24 March 2016, “as a token of deep gratitude for significant contribution to development and consolidation of Moldovan-Czech friendship and cooperation relations, as well as for constant support of efforts of Moldova’s European integration.''
