Igor Dodon and Eliyahu Yerushalmi discussed the issues of Moldovan-Israeli relations. During the dialogue, the Moldovan President spoke in favor of intensification of trade exchange between our countries, including activation of the Israeli investments in the Republic of Moldova.
Igor Dodon noted that in the State of Israel a large Moldovan diaspora lived, which officially numbers more than 50 thousand Moldovans.
"I declared our interest in the resumption of holding Moldovan-Israeli economic forums with the participation of business representatives from both countries. I confirmed our interest in holding visits at the highest level, which would positively affect the deepening and expansion of Moldovan-Israeli relations," the President of the Republic of Moldova said.
