Four Moldovan magistrates dismissed from office

Moldovan President Nicolae Timofti has signed decrees on the dismissal of four magistrates from their offices.

Mihail Antonov, Grigore Dragus and Aurelia Parpalac were released from their duties of judge of the Bender-based Court of Appeal.

Sergiu Balaban was dismissed from post of judge of the Hincesti court, given the pronouncing of a final decision on conviction.
