President Nicolae Timofti firmly condemns the terrorist attacks that took place at Zaventem Airport and the underground in Brussels.
Such tragic events are meant to destabilize the European Union and create panic in this area. Namely for this reason, the European states and the entire world must remain united and consolidate forces in fighting terrorism, the president said.
Also, Nicolae Timofti conveys condolence to the families of those who were killed in the wake of the attacks, wishing quick recovery to the injured.
