Presidency of the Republic of Moldova
The President of the Republic of Moldova Maia Sandu discussed today with the President of the French Republic Emmanuel Macron about the current security situation in our country and in the region. President Macron has given assurances that France stands by us during this difficult time.
The two officials also talked about how Moldova handles the process of receiving refugees from Ukraine. In this regard, President Maia Sandu mentioned the organized effort of the authorities, but also the wave of solidarity shown by Moldovan citizens towards those who arrived from Ukraine.
