Presidency of the Republic of Moldova
Today, the President of the Republic of Moldova Maia Sandu had a telephone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Canada Mélanie Joly. The discussion referred to the developments in the region and the cooperation between the two countries in order to help the Republic of Moldova to cope with the growing flow of refugees.
They also addressed the issue of Moldova’s energy security and the possible support Canada could provide to strengthen the sector.
