Presidency of the Republic of Moldova
The head of state discussed with the Ukrainian Foreign Minister, Dmytro Kuleba, the situation in the neighbouring country and the security challenges in the region and reconfirmed the support of the Republic of Moldova for the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine. The discussions also focused on ways of mutual support in carrying out the reforms, which would accelerate our process of joining the European Union.
President Maia Sandu mentioned that our country supports Ukraine's peace plan and advocates for the creation of an International Tribunal to investigate and punish the atrocities of Russian aggression.
