President Nicolae Timofti has been deeply sorrowed to learn about a tragic plane crash occurred in south-east France, which took numerous human lives. The president expressed his deep sympathy to the families of the accident's victims.

President Nicolae Timofti today signed a decree on the dismissal of Ion Gutu from the post of judge at the Falesti Court, in line with his application on resignation.

Mihail Antonov, Grigore Dragus and Aurelia Parpalac were released from their duties of judge of the Bender-based Court of Appeal. Sergiu Balaban was dismissed from post of judge of the Hincesti court, given the pronouncing of a final decision on conviction.
