President Nicolae Timofti sign decree on dismissal of examining magistrate
The decree stipulates that the magistrate is dismissed as it was set that he/she did not comply with the position held, as a result of the assessment of performances.

Timofti voiced concern about worsening security in the region as a result of events occurred in Ukraine, which could affect Moldova’s European integration. “My country needs the support of the Western partners to resist foreign pressures”, he said.
The top officials gave instructions to the responsible institutions to monitor the situation at the state border with the utmost care and continue to take all necessary actions to ensure public order in Moldova.
Previously, Nicolae Timofti held discussions with the above-mentioned magistrates. He underlined he had committed to contribute to successfully implementing reform in the judicial system. He said he would not tolerate deviations of the magistrates from the deontological code for judge, and the guilty ones would be severely punished.
