Presidency of the Republic of Moldova
Excellency,
The National Day of the Portuguese Republic offers me the opportunity to address, on behalf of the people of the Republic of Moldova and my staff, cordial congratulations, accompanied by wishes for peace and prosperity for Portuguese citizens.
Taking this opportunity, I would like to note with pleasure that the relations between our states are developing upwards, in the spirit of friendship and mutual support. At the same time, I am convinced that the dynamic dialogue between our countries, trade, strengthened interpersonal relations, as well as common cultural values will continue to create new premises for expanding and deepening bilateral cooperation on multiple levels.
Also, in the difficult times we are facing, let me share the special feelings with all those who were affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in the Portuguese Republic. I sincerely hope that through joint efforts and civic solidarity we will overcome this difficult challenge.
Reiterating the wishes of continued peace and prosperity for the Portuguese people, I ask you to accept, Excellency, the assurances of my highest consideration.
