Presidency of the Republic of Moldova
This afternoon in Kyiv, President Maia Sandu met with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. During their discussions, President Sandu expressed her solidarity with the Ukrainian people and her admiration for their courage in defending their homeland against Russia's brutal aggression.
"We discussed a number of topics on the bilateral agenda, including our collaboration on projects to modernize and expand infrastructure, as well as strengthen energy security. We also agreed to better coordinate our efforts in the process of obtaining the initiation of accession negotiations," said the Head of State.
President Sandu also assured her counterpart that the Republic of Moldova will continue to stand by Ukraine and its brave people who are fighting for their freedom and for peace.
