Presidency of the Republic of Moldova
The President of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu, met the President of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), Siofra O'Leary, at the Reykjavik Summit. The officials discussed the role of the ECHR and the Council of Europe in achieving reforms and aligning with best practices in justice.
"We will continue our good cooperation to strengthen the institutions in our country. Moldova continues to advance in international democracy rankings, which proves our firm commitment to developing a society where justice prevails," said President Maia Sandu.
