The President of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu, had today a meeting with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland, Mateusz Morawiecki. The head of state appreciated the very good relationship with Poland and the support we receive during this complicated period.
“Last year our country received Polish financial assistance to deal with the energy crisis. Recently, the Polish government donated 20 electric generators for health sector institutions and the General Police Inspectorate. Poland is the second largest importer of Moldovan wines from the EU, and today in Chisinau took place the Moldovan-Polish Business Forum, which will contribute to strengthening economic relations between our countries. We also greatly appreciate the fact that Poland fully supports Moldova's European aspirations," said President Maia Sandu.
